Broccoli

Broccoli cabbage-known simply as “broccoli”-is the undisputed leader in both the fresh market and for industry. In Apulia, and in particular in the provinces of Foggia, Brindisi and Bari, which represent areas particularly suited to this crop because of the excellent quality of the products, dark green, compact inflorescences with a very fine grain along with a versatile and delicate flavor are obtained.
